Will Bermender is the Founder and Managing Partner of Will Bermender Equity Partners, a private equity firm headquartered in New York, with a presence in San Antonio. With more than 25 years of experience, Will has built a career steering companies toward exponential growth and sustainable value, overseeing teams of up to 4,400 and managing P&Ls exceeding $1.7 billion. His leadership has fueled over $500 million in enterprise value across industries like technology, retail, and consumer services, spanning markets in North America, Europe, and Asia.

A veteran of high-stakes roles, ranging from CEO and COO to Chief Customer Officer and Board Director, Will excels at transforming businesses in the lower middle market. Based in Texas, he leverages his global expertise to empower portfolio companies at Will Bermender Equity Partners, driving strategic expansion and operational excellence. He’s also the author of a book on harnessing customer experience for competitive edge, reflecting his deep strategic insight.

Outside of private equity, Will remains an active investor and board member. Recently, he’s ventured into writing and producing action movies, splitting his time between Texas and Los Angeles.
